Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location:
Lagos: 1–3 business days
Other States: 3–7 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. There are no hidden charges.
International Orders
BigBoy9ja ships select items to customers outside Nigeria.
International delivery timelines vary by destination and courier handling:
Africa: 5–10 business days
Europe & UK: 7–14 business days
North America: 7–14 business days
Other Regions: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or local courier delays.
Depending on availability, products may be shipped from Nigeria or international fulfillment partners.
Customs, Duties, VAT & Import Taxes
For international orders:

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority
The customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties, VAT, or import taxes upon delivery

Orders will not be refunded due to customs delays or refusal to pay import fees.
