At BigBoy9ja, we pride ourselves on curating authentic, premium Nigerian brands and exclusive “BigBoy Listings” that meet the highest standards of quality. Every item is carefully vetted before being listed on our platform to ensure it meets our BigBoy Quality Rating.
Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind, custom-made, or rare luxury items, our returns and refund process is designed to protect both our customers and our sellers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted if:
The item is defective, damaged during delivery, or significantly different from the description provided on BigBoy9ja.
The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
The item is in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable).
Items that cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized products.
One-of-one or limited edition pieces clearly marked as “Final Sale.”
Digital products, tickets, or downloadable items.
Items purchased through promotions where returns are explicitly excluded.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact BigBoy9ja Customer Care via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide your Order Number, photos/videos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
Wait for our verification and approval before sending the item back.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect or wrong item shipped.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
Refunds for crypto payments will be issued at the current market exchange rate at the time of refund processing, not the original transaction rate.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you will need to initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Vendor-Specific Policies
Some brands and vendors on BigBoy9ja may have stricter return rules due to the nature of their products. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
