Welcome to BigBoy9ja – Nigeria’s Premium Marketplace for Rare and Exclusive Brands. We are committed to curating only the best Nigerian-made or owned products that reflect quality, originality, and the “Big Boy” standard.
These Seller Terms & Conditions govern how individuals or businesses (collectively “Sellers”) list, submit, or sell products on BigBoy9ja.
1. Eligibility to Sell
BigBoy9ja accepts listings from:
Registered Nigerian brands or businesses
Individual sellers of unique, luxury, or rare items (upon review)
All sellers must undergo a vetting process before being approved to list.
2. Originality & Quality
We only accept listings that meet our standards of authenticity and exclusivity.
Authentic Only: Products must be original and match descriptions.
Premium Grade: All products must meet a standard of design, craftsmanship, or rarity.
Inspection & Approval: Every product listing is subject to review and must pass internal quality checks before being published.
3. Right to Review and Negotiate
BigBoy9ja retains full rights to:
Reject, Accept, or Modify product submissions based on brand fit and quality
Set, Suggest, or Negotiate product pricing with the seller, especially for exclusive sales or resale items
4. Ownership Proof
Sellers must be able to provide:
Proof of ownership (e.g., invoices, brand documents, certificates)
Authorization to sell if representing a third-party brand
Failure to provide valid proof may result in listing rejection or account suspension.
5. Sales Commission & Listing Models
We operate two core models for sellers:
A. Standard Model
Free listing
Commission: 3–5% per confirmed sale
Flat ₦600 service fee per checkout
B. Exclusive Model
List only on BigBoy9ja (exclusive partnership)
No commission taken
₦600 service fee per checkout still applies
Sellers can choose their preferred model during onboarding.
6. Fulfillment & Responsibility
All orders are fulfilled by BigBoy9ja’s logistics or authorized vendors under agreed terms.
Sellers must deliver listed items in exact described condition.
Any discrepancy or damage in transit must be reported immediately.
7. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the item transfers to the buyer only after:
Payment has been confirmed
All terms of delivery and inspection have been fulfilled
8. Returns, Disputes, and Refunds
BigBoy9ja reserves the right to:
Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers
Approve or deny refund requests based on platform terms
Sellers agree to cooperate fully in the event of a complaint or return request.
9. Brand Representation
Sellers agree that:
Brand pages will be created and curated by BigBoy9ja to reflect quality and brand identity
Social media links, bios, and story sections are for promotional purposes only
10. Platform Exclusivity (Optional)
Sellers choosing the exclusive model agree not to list the same items on other marketplaces without written approval.
Violation may lead to termination of seller account and forfeiture of privileges.
11. Right to Modify Terms
BigBoy9ja may update these terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes via email or dashboard alert.
